Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

All solid gold items are Final Sale and may not be returned, as these pieces are made-to-order.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

We reserve the right to offer store credit when returns do not meet our return policy.
