HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMETABLE
The dates below should be used as a guide when ordering gifts that must arrive before December 25th. Please note, these transit times are guidelines and estimates. Exact delivery times may vary on carrier partners.
- UPS® Ground: Order by Tuesday, December 16 -- for engravings, order by Sunday, December 14
- UPS 3-Day: Order by Thursday, December 18 -- for engravings, order by 1pm EST on Tuesday, December 16
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Order by 3pm EST on Friday, December 19 -- for engravings, order by 1pm EST on Wednesday, December 17
- UPS Next Day: Order by Sunday, December 21
International Orders must be placed by Tuesday, December 16th to safely arrive before December 25th.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic AGMES orders ship from New York via UPS.
Our standard service is UPS Ground which arrives between 5-7 business days. This service is complimentary for all domestic (except AK, HI, and Puerto Rico) orders over $500. We also offer expedited shipping options at carrier-calculated rates based on the destination. Please reach out to customerservice@agmesnyc.com with any questions.
IN-PERSON PICKUP IN NYC (December 2 - 24th)
At checkout, you will be given the option to ship or pick up your order. When selecting pickup, please wait to receive a confirmation email signaling your AGMES order is ready. This will be a separate email from your order confirmation email. Pickup is available Monday-Friday between 10am and 5pm at our Tribeca studio: 79 Walker Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10013
Please note, in-person pickup will not be available from December 25-January 1.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
- Orders placed before December 2: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note any orders placed on sale are eligible for site credit only.
- Orders placed between December 2 - 24: Returns and exchanges must be initiated by January 5.
- Orders placed after December 24: Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of order delivery.
Final Sale, as marked on product pages: all solid gold and customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are made-to-order.
Items must be returned unworn or altered in any way in original packaging. Once received at our studio, our team will review each item to confirm it meets our quality standards for new, sellable merchandise.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email customerservice@agmesnyc.com with your order number to request authorization. Please include a photo if returning due to a damage or defect.
Return shipping process

All customers may ship returns & exchanges using a safe, trackable method and provide our team with tracking information.

U.S.-based customers may request a return label with the cost of return shipping deducted from your final refund.

International customers can purchase prepaid return labels by requesting a link to our customer-facing return portal.
Annual sale: Please note, no refunds will be issued on discounted items purchased during our annual sale. Only store credit will be issued for items returned within 10 days of order delivery. We will not offer price adjustments for orders placed outside of our Annual Sale dates from November 24th - December 1st.
