We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items, except when Final Sale is noted on the product page. All solid gold items are Final Sale and may not be returned, as these pieces are made-to-order.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process and receive authorization. For domestic orders, we will send you a pre-paid return label, but please note shipping is nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return. Once you’ve received the return label, you have 3 business days to send it back to us.
Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization. Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.
Please email email@example.com to start the return process and receive the address for returns. You will be responsible to create and track the return package on your end, as we are unable to generate international return shipping labels. Once created please send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out. Note that shipping, import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the import country are nonrefundable. As a small business we are not able to cover these costs, as it goes directly to your government. We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds.
