DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic AGMES orders ship from New York via UPS.
Our standard service is UPS Ground which arrives between 5-7 business days. This service is free for all domestic (except AK, HI, and Puerto Rico) orders over $400.
We also offer expedited shipping options including UPS 3-day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air at carrier-calculated rates based on the destination. Additional rush options are available through UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Early at carrier-calculated rates.

In-person Pickup from our NYC Studio:
At checkout, you will be given the option to ship or pick-up your order. When selecting pick-up, please wait to receive a confirmation email signaling your AGMES order is ready for pick up.
Pick-up is available Monday-Friday between 10am and 5:30pm at our Soho address: 43 Crosby Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10012.

International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery.
If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, your selected shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, or national postal service) will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery.
AGMES does not collect or receive any portion of international customs duties and taxes, and therefore, we are unable to adjust or refund this amount. To calculate expected fees ahead of purchasing, use this calculator with 7113111 as the harmonized code for our jewelry.
If purchasing objects or non-jewelry/metal items, please email customerservice@agmesnyc.com for help identifying the harmonized code for your items.
Refused packages In the event that customers refuse to pay customs duties & taxes, AGMES will work with the carrier (DHL or UPS) to have the package returned to us at our New York studio. Once received, AGMES will process a refund minus all fees assessed by DHL or UPS for the return. Please note, fees typically include shipping costs to and from your destination, payment of customs duties & taxes, and more.

RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Final Sale: all solid gold and customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are made-to-order.
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@agmesnyc.com with your order number to request authorization. While we provide a return label for US domestic orders (except AK, HI, and Puerto Rico), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. International customers (and those based in AK, HI, and Puerto Rico) must ship returns & exchanges using a safe, trackable method and provide our team with tracking information.
Items must be returned unworn or altered in any way in original packaging. Once received at our studio, our team will review each item to confirm it meets our quality standards for new, sellable merchandise.
