HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMETABLE
Please use the below table as a guide when ordering Holiday gifts that must arrive before Christmas Day.
UPS® Ground order by 12/16 -- for engraved orders by 12pm on 12/13
UPS 3 Day order by 3pm on 12/18 -- for engraved orders by 12pm on 12/16
UPS 2nd Day Air by 3pm on 12/19 -- for engraved orders by 12pm on 12/17
UPS Next Day: by 3pm on 12/20
International Orders must be placed by December 16th in order to safely arrive before Christmas.
Please note that these transit times are guidelines only. Exact delivery times may vary and are dependent on the service of our carrier partners.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic AGMES orders ship from New York via UPS.
Our standard service is UPS Ground which arrives between 5-7 business days. This service is complimentary for all domestic (except AK, HI, and Puerto Rico) orders over $500.
We also offer expedited shipping options at carrier-calculated rates based on the destination.

IN-PERSON PICK-UP IN NYC:
At checkout, you will be given the option to ship or pick-up your order. When selecting pick-up, please wait to receive a confirmation email signaling your AGMES order is ready.
Pick-up is available Monday-Friday between 10am and 5pm at our Soho address: 43 Crosby Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10012
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All AGMES international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide.
International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, DHL will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
FINAL SALE: all solid gold, engraved, and customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are made-to-order.
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@agmesnyc.com with your order number to request authorization.
We can provide a return label for US domestic orders with the cost of return shipping deducted from your final refund.
International customers will be given a link to our International Returns portal to complete the process.
Customers who prefer to create their own shipping labels must provide tracking information to ensure safe receipt.
All items must be safely packed in a box to ensure safe transit to our studio.
Items received damaged will not eligible for a refund. Items must be unworn or altered in any way and returned with our original packaging.
Once at our studio, our team will review each item to confirm its quality and condition. Only items received in new, sellable condition will be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please note, damaged items may incurr a restocking fee.
