Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SERVICE:
We ship orders via UPS.
As well as ground shipping [5-7 business days] we also offer expedited shipping options including UPS 3 day select and UPS 2nd day air at carrier-calculated rates.

Should you need your order rushed we do offer UPS next day air saver, UPS next day air and UPS next day air early at  carrier-calculated rates. Please reach out to care@agmesnyc.com if you have any questions.

For In-studio Pickup:
You will receive a confirmation email when your AGMES order is ready for pick up.
(Pick ups are available M-F between 10am and 5:30pm at 43 Crosby Street 4th Floor New York, NY 10012)

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items, except when Final Sale is noted on the product page. All solid gold items are Final Sale and may not be returned, as these pieces are made-to-order.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Please contact us at customerservice@agmesnyc.com to start the return process and receive authorization. For domestic orders you may request a pre-paid return label, the cost of which (an estimated $15) will be deducted from your total at the time we process your return. Alternatively, you can create your own return label and manage the shipment yourself. Once you’ve received a return authorization, you have up to 3 business days to mail your return.

Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization. Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.

International Returns:

Please email customerservice@agmesnyc.com to start the return process and receive the address for returns. You will be responsible to create and track the return package on your end, as we are unable to generate international return shipping labels. Once created please send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out. Note that shipping, import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the import country are nonrefundable. As a small business we are not able to cover these costs, as it goes directly to your government. We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

We reserve the right to offer store credit when returns do not meet our return policy.
