All of our jewelry is made from recycled precious metals, as we believe in using the highest quality materials – 925 Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Vermeil, and 14k Solid Gold.
Our 18k Gold Vermeil is made from recycled sterling silver and then plated with a thick layer of 18k gold.
Each piece of AGMES jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. To maintain the beauty of your pieces, we recommend you do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry. We package each of our pieces in a special tarnish resistant pouch. After each wear, gently wipe away any dirt and store inside the AGMES pouch to prevent tarnishing. AGMES is not responsible for the maintenance of your purchased jewelry.
Gold Vermeil Only: We recommend you clean your gold vermeil jewelry using a damp, soft cloth, but make sure to fully dry the jewelry before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.
AGMES is based in NYC and it is very important to us to support local businesses. The entire process, from design to sampling to production is done in the United States.

Please note that the order is a gift and include a personalized gift message at checkout; we will include this message on an AGMES gift card in your order. All domestic ground shipping for orders over $250 is free! If you’d like expedited shipping, we offer Priority, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping based on Fedex rates. At this time we only ship within the United States, Canada, France, UK, Italy, and Australia. If you’re interested in having your order shipped to another country, please email email@example.com.
Orders ship within 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted of a back-order. If we have the piece in stock, it will ship sooner than 2 weeks. If you would like to find out if a piece is in stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation with the Fedex tracking number will be sent. In the event that your order includes a back-ordered item in addition to other items, the order will be shipped at the later date unless requested to be shipped separately for an additional shipping fee.
If you have a rush order, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you. Most of our pieces are made to order so we cannot guarantee that we will have your piece in stock upon ordering. If we do have your piece in stock, your order will ship much sooner.
As we are still a small business, we are only offering whole sizes for rings at this moment. We will continue to expand our range over time and it is important to us that our customers are happy. If your finger is a half size and you do not see it available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order so we can determine if your ring can be special ordered.
We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com to start the return process and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note shipping is nonrefundable, and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return.
Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the jewelry is sent back to us in poor condition. Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
