WHAT IS AGMES JEWELRY MADE OF?

Our jewelry is made from recycled .925 Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Vermeil, and 14k Solid Gold. Our 18k Gold Vermeil is recycled sterling silver and plated with a thick layer of 18k gold.

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY AGMES JEWELRY?

Each piece of AGMES jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. To maintain the beauty of your pieces, we recommend you do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry. We package each of our pieces in a special tarnish resistant pouch.
After each wear, gently wipe away any dirt and store inside the AGMES pouch to prevent tarnishing. AGMES is not responsible for the maintenance of your purchased jewelry.
  • Sterling Silver & Solid Gold: We provide a small polishing cloth with each sterling silver and solid gold purchase, and recommend you use this cloth to clean off any dirt or tarnish.
  • Gold Vermeil Only: We recommend you clean your gold vermeil jewelry using a damp, soft cloth, but make sure to fully dry the jewelry before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.

WHERE IS AGMES JEWELRY MADE?

AGMES is based in NYC and our entire process, from design to sampling to production is done in the United States.


WHAT IF I AM BUYING A GIFT?
We are happy you’ve chosen to buy your gift at AGMES! We currently offer two options for gifts - gift cards or jewelry with a gift receipt.
Please note that the order is a gift and include a personalized gift message at checkout; we will include this message on an AGMES gift card in your order. Please contact customerservice@agmesnyc.com with questions. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All domestic ground shipping is calculated at checkout. If you’d like expedited shipping, we offer Priority, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders over $500 qualify for free Ground shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawai'i, and Puerto Rico).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We do ship internationally! All AGMES international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide.

Most international orders ship with duties prepaid. However, some countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes before delivery, in which case, DHL will reach out for payment ahead of delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK IT?

Orders ship within 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted of a back-order. If we have the piece in stock, it will ship sooner than 2 weeks. To verify a piece is in stock, please email us at customerservice@agmesnyc.com.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be sent.

In the event that your order includes a pre-order item in addition to other items, the order will be shipped at the later date unless requested to be shipped separately for an additional shipping fee.


HOW LONG DO ENGRAVINGS TAKE?

Engraved styles typically require 2-3 additional business days for fulfillment for in-stock items. Please email  customerservice@agmesnyc.com with any questions. 


WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SOONER?
If you have a rush order, please email us at customerservice@agmesnyc.com and we will be happy to work with you.
Most of our pieces are made to order so we cannot guarantee that we will have your piece in stock upon ordering. If we do have your piece in stock, your order will ship within 2 business days.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE MY SIZE?
We are only offering whole sizes for rings at this moment. As we continue to expand our range and sizing over time, it is important to us that our customers are happy. If you need a half, quarter, or bigger size, please contact us at customerservice@agmesnyc.com prior to placing your order so we can determine if your ring can be special ordered.

WHAT IF MY AGMES JEWELRY NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?
If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair, email customerservice@agmesnyc.com to inquire. Please note each case is unique, and once we know the details of your repair we can better advise.
You will need to pay for shipping the piece back to us for repair, and it may take 2 - 4 weeks.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
